Halima Fashion, a busy retail store in New Seelampur, Delhi, was completely reliant on manual spreadsheets and handwritten bills for their daily operations. As their foot traffic grew, managing inventory and rapid checkout became a massive bottleneck.

Manual billing was painfully slow, prone to human error, and provided absolutely zero real-time visibility into inventory levels. They urgently required an offline, robust POS system capable of running reliably without internet dependency.

We engineered a completely bespoke, offline-first desktop application using Electron and Node.js. The software features barcode-driven billing, comprehensive GST invoice generation, thermal printing support, and a local SQLite database with automated, secure nightly backups.

The retail store now operates entirely on this custom application. Billing speed has drastically increased, inventory is tracked with pinpoint accuracy, and manual accounting errors have been entirely eliminated.
